Processed Food Vs Our Health

I already drafting this post in my head many times, because I don't really know what language I want to use for this topic..So, i decided to do it in my "rojak language"...hihi..

Since these few months, I become more aware of my eating habits. I didn't really care last time because I don't really know what my health condition is. I thought I am beautiful the way I am, and I am happy. But, in fact, with my lifestyle and my eating habit, I'm torturing my body...especially those organs that stuffed inside my body. All i care is what on the outside because, its visible..^_^

Ok,enough for the introduction..hahaha..All these years, I am a die-hard-fan of processed food...what is processed food? its food that we eat that processed outside before it get to the kitchen..i think so..hahaha..yup,in fact its almost everything that I've been eating all these years..

ni la processed food...semuanya makanan kgemaran saya...keropok, roti, makanan dlm tin, gula2, burger, sosej, fast food, junk food, smua2 tu...waaa....^_^ Semua makanan-makanan yang diproses ni mengandungi bahan-bahan kimia yang kita tak tahu pn wujud dalam tu...memang tak nampak effect kalau makan, semua rasa sedap. But, kalau ada microscop untuk teropong usus kita, memang dahsyat...Semua nutrient2 dalam makanan yang kita makan akan diserap di usus, masuk ke dalam darah, dan mengalir ke seluruh badan.. and the best part is, God have created this special organ called LIVER. Liver a.k.a hati ni (bukan jantung yek), generally, berfungsi untuk pecahkan lemak, and cuci darah. Semua bahan2 kimia yang x baik, dan yang x digunakan oleh badan akn ditapis oleh hati...

Orang2 yang makan processed food biasanya akan bertambah saiz badan, y? Sebab hati ni dok sibuk cuci darah @ tapis darah, untuk selamatkan badan kita ni daripada bahan2 kimia yang disumbatkn ke dalam mulut...sampai xda masa nak pecahkn lemak2 yang dimakan...jd, buat apa dengan lemak2 ni...simpan saja la...nah! Lama2 la lemak ni 'diternak' di dalam badan, menempel pula di bahagian2 yang x sepatutnya...tiba2 kita merasakn perut kita semakin membesar dan empuk seperti pau, itu tandanya, banyak lemak dalam simpanan...hahaha..macam saya la 2...

Jadi, untuk orang2 yang baru ada kesedaran menjaga kesihatan macam saya ni haruslah menjauhi makanan2 diproses itu...wah, skema gitu..hahaha...kalau anda mau sihat, jangan la mendera hati anda dengan memakan makanan2 diproses itu...tolonglah hati anda untuk tolong anda menjaga kesihatan tubuh badan anda...Sekian, terima kasih...

  1. good post! :) btw, processed food means food that has been going through alteration. penambahan, pengawetan and all that which contains hazardous chemical component if taken in huge number.. :) followed your blog. follow mine too..hehe
